Where is Trilye Jewelry made?

Trilye Jewelry is located in Fort Mill, SC.  Trilye Jewelry pieces are handcrafted in Istanbul, Turkey, inspired by the city’s rich artistic and cultural heritage. Each design is created in small batches by skilled artisans, making every piece unique. 

 

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from the United States (South Carolina).

This means faster delivery, no surprise customs fees, and reliable tracking.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • U.S. Express Shipping: available at checkout

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, Trilye Jewelry ships within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.

 

Are your pieces one-of-a-kind?

Many of our designs are one-of-a-kind or limited edition due to the handcrafted process and use of natural materials. Once a piece is sold out, it may not be restocked.

If a design is recreated, slight variations should be expected — this is part of what makes handcrafted jewelry special.

 

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted using a thoughtful mix of:

  • Natural stones

  • Sterling silver

  • Gold-glazed bronze

  • Hand-glazed enamel

  • Freshwater pearls and artisanal glass (on select designs)

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?

Because our jewelry is handmade and uses natural stones, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are normal and expected. These variations are not defects — they are part of the beauty and individuality of handcrafted pieces.

 

Is Trilye Jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our designs are made with nickel-free materials whenever possible. However, sensitivity varies from person to person. If you have known metal allergies, please review the materials listed on each product page or contact us before purchasing.

 

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals

  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising

  • Store pieces in a dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box

  • Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wear

Proper care will help preserve the finish and longevity of your piece.

 

Is your jewelry suitable for everyday wear?

Many pieces are lightweight and comfortable for daily wear. However, due to delicate finishes and handcrafted details, we recommend extra care if worn frequently.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

 

Can I send jewelry as a gift?

Yes. Our jewelry is packaged gift-ready.
